About The Position

In this role, you will: Support pipeline oversight and file assignment by partnering with Lending Operations Managers to ensure consistent customer experience and operational efficiency Apply knowledge of lending systems and procedures to guide team members and resolve routine and low to moderately complex issues Present recommendations for process improvements and assist in performance and risk data analysis, identifying trends as well as contributing to root cause analysis Participate in special projects and reporting efforts while exercising some independent judgement, including daily reporting, audit support, and underwriter test casing processes. Provide information, input and feedback to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders to enhance team performance and functional area deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years of loan processing, closing, or underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
