About The Position
We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Hospice Liaison / Marketer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building referral partnerships, and helping patients and families understand the benefits of hospice care.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of home hospice experience
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales
- Medical setting marketing or liaison roles
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, discharge planners, and clinical staff
- Increase hospice referrals and admissions
- Meet with patients and families to explain hospice services
- Educate referral sources on the benefits of early and appropriate hospice referrals
- Represent the organization professionally in the community
