About The Position

Halcyon Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Scheduler to support our growing geriatric home health population in Austin, TX. Requirements

High school graduate
One year general office experience, preferably in Healthcare
Excellent computer skills required
Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

college preferred
Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR is preferred.
Experience with database applications preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedules and appropriately documents patient schedules in a timely manner.
Participates in coordinating care with management and patient interdisciplinary team.
Provides effective communication to patients, staff members, other healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
Responds to Agency and patient needs in a professional and creative manner.
Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
