Requirements

• Washington RN licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Home Health/Hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, medication administration)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Educate and support patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare providers
