We are seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Preceptor and help guide the next generation of home health nurses as they transition into field-based care. As a Preceptor RN, you will support new clinicians through hands-on education, mentorship, and real-time guidance in the field, ensuring safe, thoughtful, and patient-centered care across our local communities. Requirements
- Active RN license
- Home Health and OASIS experience required
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Organized, reliable, and confident in clinical decision-making
- Willingness to travel throughout our local service territory
