About The Position
Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated RN to join our team as a Preceptor. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while guiding and mentoring new nurses in the field. The Preceptor RN plays a key role in supporting our clinical onboarding and ensuring that new nurses deliver safe, high-quality care. This position includes guaranteed weekly units and requires flexibility to travel throughout our service area.
Requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- Home Health and Oasis experience required.
- Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel across our service territory
