We are seeking a seasoned Home Health Administrator to support our Dallas and Fort Worth offices. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Current RN State License as required by state or federal guidance
  • Licensed physician, registered nurse, or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience required
  • At least 1+ year of leadership experience in home health (Administrator or similar role strongly preferred)
  • Strong experience managing performance metrics and operational outcomes
  • Proven experience overseeing Clinical Success Mentors (CSMs) or similar clinical leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of Skilled Home Health (SHH) operations, regulations, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations and drive results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between Dallas and Fort Worth offices
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee day-to-day operations across Dallas and Fort Worth branches
  • Drive performance through key metrics, including census growth, quality outcomes, productivity, and financial targets
  • Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Ensure appropriate staffing models to meet patient care needs and growth goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance on Skilled Home Health (SHH) operations and best practices
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee Clinical Success Mentors (CSMs), ensuring effective training, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff
  • Partner with clinical leaders to improve patient outcomes, reduce rehospitalizations, and enhance overall care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and all regulatory requirements
  • Lead and monitor QAPI initiatives, driving continuous improvement across branches
  • Oversee audits, surveys, and plans of correction
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to guidelines
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support leadership development within the team
  • Partner with recruiting and HR to attract and retain top talent
  • Support strategic growth initiatives within the Dallas/Fort Worth market
  • Participate in key account development and relationship management
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion and service enhancement
