About The Position

As a Cheer Health LVN, you will provide high quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled. You will work alongside an incredible team that cares for each other and clients, making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• Valid California drivers License and insurance
• Cell phone with internet access

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
• Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions
• Highly organized at providing and documenting care
