About The Position

As a Cheer Health LVN, you will provide high quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled. Work alongside our incredible team that cares for each other and our clients. Your vibrant personality and skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted California LVN license
Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
Proof of Negative TB result
Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
Current BLS certification
Valid California drivers License and insurance
Cell phone with internet access

Nice To Haves

Home Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions
Highly organized at providing and documenting care

Hourly Rate: $35-$50, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
Weekly Payments
Flexible Schedule: Per Diem, based on your availability and travel preferences
Various Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night, Overnight
Holiday Pay: Time a half
