Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of experience as a Clinical Coordinator
  • Current state licensure in Oklahoma and in good standing per state requirements.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
  • 1-2 years recent Home Health nursing experience
  • Active Oklahoma driver’s license
  • Current car insurance and registration
  • Required vehicle
  • US Citizen, work sponsorship unavailable
  • Medical knowledge, patience, compassion, kindness, critical thinking skills, knowledge of infection control practices, stamina, and physical endurance, observational skills, knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules, communication skills, leadership, empathy
  • The LPN Clinical Coordinator must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as a copier.
  • The LPN Clinical Coordinator is required to perform moderately heavy physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis such as: extensive driving, assisting patient in transfer activities (wheelchair, to bed, to tub, to commode) and providing substantial support to individuals in ambulation.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the LPN Clinical Coordinator to talk, hear and use hands to feel and handle.
  • The LPN Clinical Coordinator frequently is required to stand; walk; reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • The LPN Clinical Coordinator must occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred

  • Field Visits as required
  • Clinical preparation of key office functions: Stand up/stand down & case conference that ensure compliance KPIs (LUPAS, Paraprofessional Utilization, etc.)
  • Ensuring services follow professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements
  • Complying with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation Standard
  • Assisting in the selection, training, scheduling, orientation and competency validation of designated personnel
  • Supervising, planning, developing and organizes services and activities to support medical practices and performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice
  • Coordination of faxes for clinical staff and ongoing management faxes
  • Developing and monitoring plan for catheter change, blood draws, labs, wound care and assists with retrieving results for ordering physician
