Vinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community located in McLean, VA, is seeking an energetic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health department. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Current CPR certification.
One year experience in medical/surgical area or Long-Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facility (ALF) preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience with geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care and assist with ongoing assessments and care planning.
Administer and document medications and treatments accurately.
Coordinate pharmacy services with local military and civilian providers.
Monitor residents' conditions, update documentation, and communicate changes to physicians.
Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with all regulations and organizational policies.
