About The Position

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics (Emplify Health by Gundersen) is seeking a Casual/as needed Home Health Aide to join their highly committed and dynamic Home Health team to provide excellent quality care to patients. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • completion of a Nurse Aide program that meets state and federal requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers preferred
  • Prior CNA experience preferred
