Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted license (multi-state/compact preferred)
3+ years of Skilled Home Health experience strongly preferred (not suitable for candidates without a strong SHH background)
Deep expertise in: OASIS accuracy and documentation Medicare regulations and home health compliance End-to-end home health workflows (SOC through discharge)

Responsibilities
