Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Clinical Manager (Non-Skilled) to oversee clinical operations in our Washington, DC office. This RN leadership role focuses on staff supervision, quality assurance, compliance, and patient-centered care within a home health environment.

Requirements

• Active District of Columbia RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• 7+ years of home health or clinical experience
• 2+ years of clinical management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance
• EHR experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-skilled home health clinical operations
• Supervise, train, and support clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and DC regulations
• Manage quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate and timely EHR documentation
• Support clinical budgeting and operational efficiency
