Requirements

Reliable: You understand that our clients depend on you to be there on time.
Strong Communicator: You can listen actively and share information clearly with families and medical teams.
Physically Capable: Able to assist clients with mobility and stand for extended periods.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Check.
Must complete CPR Certification.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing (Personal Care).
Provide emotional support, conversation, and engagement in hobbies or light exercise (Companionship).
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation (Home Support).
Learn to record vital signs and monitor for changes in health (Health Monitoring).
Accompany clients to medical appointments or grocery shopping (Errands & Travel).
