About The Position

We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Caregivers. If you have a big heart and a desire to help others, we will provide all the professional training you need to start a rewarding career in healthcare—no prior experience required. This role involves building deep, lasting relationships while helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live comfortably at home, acting as a companion who helps a senior stay in the home they love. Requirements

• Compassionate & Patient: You genuinely care about others and can stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable: You understand that our clients depend on you to be there on time.
• Strong Communicator: You can listen actively and share information clearly with families and medical teams.
• Physically Capable: Able to assist clients with mobility and stand for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Check
• Must complete CPR Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional support, conversation, and engagement in hobbies or light exercise.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Learn to record vital signs and monitor for changes in health.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or grocery shopping.
