Requirements

  • 1 -2 years of Home Health Scheduling Experience Required
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete all scheduling workflow tasks, ensuring reports and assignments are monitored and cleared throughout the day.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings to discuss staffing, open visits, and call-outs with the Clinical Manager and leadership team.
  • Compose and send daily "Branch Morning Workflow" emails summarizing staff points, open/unresolved visits, and any scheduler needs.
  • Schedule all patient visits, including 30-day episodes, SOC, and ROC visits, ensuring location, productivity, and continuity.
  • Assign appropriate Case Managers and team members to patient charts.
  • Run daily and follow-up reports to ensure visits are accepted, staffed promptly, and documentation is completed by 10pm.
  • Review and confirm clinicians' schedules for production and geographic efficiency, communicating with staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with Intake and Billing teams to confirm staffing, resolve visit issues, and support new clinician precepting.
  • Provide professional communication with clinical, field, and office staff, screen incoming calls, and document appropriately in patient charts.
