Requirements

  • 1+ year recruiting experience (required)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of home care programs (CCSP, SOURCE, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule caregivers and nursing staff
  • Match caregivers to clients based on needs and availability
  • Ensure all shifts are fully covered
  • Recruit and onboard new caregivers
  • Maintain staff records and enter data in AxisCare
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and clinical teams
  • Stay compliant with Medicaid, Medicare, and DCH guidelines
