Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read/write/speak English
- Ability to work independently
- Physically able to lift to 30 lbs. & stay active for 12‑hour shifts
Nice To Haves
- Experience in driving a sweeper
- Forklift/pallet jack experience
Responsibilities
- Clear waste from production lines
- Operate balers, compactors & pallet jacks
- Sweep floors, empty trash, maintain clean work areas
- Assist packing/rewinder teams using proper safety tools
- Follow all safety protocols with required PPE
