Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Mount Kisco, NY and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA certification
- Ability to work in or commute to Mount Kisco
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Current Physical Examination
- TB screening (PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray if applicable)
- MMR immunity (Measles, Mumps, Rubella – titers or vaccination records)
- Varicella (Chickenpox) immunity
- COVID-19 vaccination (as required by NYS/agency policy)
- Flu shot (seasonal, when applicable)
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring client safety and comfort in the home
- Following care plans and reporting any changes to the care team
