About The Position
Village Caregiving is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care to clients in the Bowling Green, Ohio area. This role is vital in helping clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity in their own homes.
Requirements
- Active Ohio Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow and implement individualized care plans
- Perform light housekeeping and assist with meal preparation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
