About The Position
As a Per Diem HHA, you’ll provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care and hygiene Providing medication reminders Preparing light meals and keeping the home tidy Offering companionship and emotional support
Requirements
- At least 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NY HHA certificate
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Recent physical (within 12 months)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunization (within 10 years)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (especially needed for Westchester cases)
Responsibilities
