Position Details This per diem position offers immediate case availability close to home , allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule while making a meaningful difference in your local community. Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Minimum of one year HHA experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years
