Position Overview We are seeking skilled HHAs to provide high-quality, one-on-one in-home care to clients in Freeport, NY. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling, steady cases, and fast placement, making it ideal for HHAs who want consistent work without long commutes.
Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunization within the last 10 years
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Provide medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
