Position Overview As a per diem HHA, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes across Brooklyn neighborhoods. Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Minimum of one year of HHA experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Driver’s license preferred (not required for all cases)
- Physical exam completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunization within the last 10 years
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
