Home Health Aide Flex Per Diem (NEW)
About The Position
Home Care CNA or HHA - Flex 1, 2, or 3 Per Diem Program Must have a valid Connecticut Driver's License Shifts will be assigned based on needs of the organization and can range from 4 to 12 hours per shift. Shift commitment options: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Per Diem positions where employees commit to work : Flex 1 work 1 shift every other weekend. Flex 2 work 2 shifts to include every other weekend. Flex 3 work 3 shifts to include every other weekend. Rotating weekends Additional shifts may be worked. These shifts will be assigned according to the needs of the organization. In the event the facility requests additional coverage, any time over forty hours worked will be paid at time and one-half. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
- CNA or HHA Certification
- Valid CT Driver's License
