Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with commitment to client care.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report on changes in client condition to nursing staff.
• Support clients in mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
