GracePointe Crossing is seeking Full -Time & Part-Time Nursing Assistants ( Home Health Aide / Resident Assistant ) to join our team. Available Schedules: Assisted Living - 18+ Part Time AM - .2 - 6:00AM - 10:00AM (Every other weekend) Part Time AM - .2 - 6:30AM - 12:30PM (Every other weekend) Part Time AM - .2 - 6:00AM - 2:00PM (Every other weekend) Part Time AM - .6 - 6:00AM - 10:00AM Part Time PM - .3 - 2PM - 10PM (Every other weekend & Every other Thursday) Full Time NOC - .9 - 10:00PM - 6:00AM On-Call Positions Available At the heart of GracePointe Crossing is a community of employees who are committed to high quality service as a ministry of compassion and fellowship. Requirements

  • To be considered for Assisted Living: caregiving experience helpful but not required.
  • Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

  • The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
