About The Position

Home Health Aide - Pediatrics Location: Dunmore Schedule: MONDAY- FRIDAY 8 am-5pm Pay: [$14-16/HR] Make a real difference—one patient, one family, one home at a time. Requirements

• Current CPR certification
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping children thrive

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one care to pediatric patients
• Follow and document the patient’s plan of care
• Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
• Educate and support families in caring for their child
