Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Passion for working independently and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
  • Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
  • Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required!
