The Home Health Admin On-Call Coordinator maintains open communication as admin on-call coordinator with all clients, physicians, staff and referral sources. Follow up on all unresolved issues from office hours (i.e.lab results.) Coordinates new patient starts as required. Documents communications, referrals, and problems as appropriate and in a timely manner. Provide office staff with all pertinent information at onset of office hours.
