About The Position

The Home Health Admin On-Call Coordinator maintains open communication as admin on-call coordinator with all clients, physicians, staff and referral sources. Follow up on all unresolved issues from office hours (i.e.lab results.) Coordinates new patient starts as required. Documents communications, referrals, and problems as appropriate and in a timely manner. Provide office staff with all pertinent information at onset of office hours. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • 1+ year pediatric experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Home Health, Hospital or Critical Care nursing preferred
  • Current Texas driver’s license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current National Certification (CPN or CRNI) preferred

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years’ experience in Home Health, Hospital or Critical Care nursing preferred
  • Current National Certification (CPN or CRNI) preferred
