About The Position

Infinite Roofing Solutions, the largest certified RoofMaxx dealer in Central California, is expanding into the East Bay / Hayward market and is looking for professional, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Home Care Specialists.

This is NOT traditional roofing.

You’ll be:

Talking with homeowners
Inspecting roofs
Providing solutions that extend roof life 5–15 years
Representing a premium service that homeowners actually need

Requirements

• Strong communicator (not pushy sales — real conversations)
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-motivated and driven to earn
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
• Coachable and system-driven
• Tech-friendly (phone, apps, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

• Have real conversations with homeowners about roof health and preventative care
• Perform roof inspections and identify issues
• Apply RoofMaxx treatments (plant-based, eco-friendly technology)
• Complete minor repairs (pipe boots, sealing, small fixes)
• Educate homeowners on extending the life of their roof
• Build trust and become the go-to roof care expert
• Generate and manage opportunities in your territory
• Work independently or with a partner depending on project
