About The Position

YELM US Associates LLC is seeking a dynamic and proactive Caregiver Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator to lead targeted caregiver recruitment initiatives while maintaining a strong and active caregiver workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring that Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) are properly vetted, compliant, engaged, and aligned with both current and upcoming patient staffing needs. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of home care and can strategically balance recruitment, workforce planning, and operational support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of targeted home care recruiting
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience in home care recruitment, staffing coordination, or workforce management preferred
  • HHA Exchange experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of HHA/PCA certification and compliance requirements preferred
  • Experience using job boards (Indeed, Workable), ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Recruitment Strategy
  • Develop and manage online job postings for HHA and PCA positions based on patient census and projected staffing needs
  • Create targeted recruitment campaigns aligned with geographic and case-specific demands
  • Monitor job board performance and adjust postings to optimize applicant volume and quality
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates
  • Workforce & Caregiver Census Management
  • Maintain and monitor the active caregiver census to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Track caregiver activity to ensure newly hired caregivers begin working promptly
  • Identify caregivers at risk of inactivity or compliance lapses and proactively re-engage them
  • Partner with scheduling and operations teams to efficiently match caregivers to open cases
  • Prepare workforce reports for leadership outlining recruitment trends, caregiver engagement, and staffing gaps
  • Applicant Screening & Recruitment Support
  • Review and screen applicants to ensure compliance with agency standards and qualifications
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess experience, availability, documentation, and overall fit
  • Verify certifications, credentials, and eligibility requirements
  • Forward qualified candidates to the Recruitment Processing team for onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records
