Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention. Provide timely and accurate documentation for each visit Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit Must be willing to treat geriatric patients. Requirements
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory
- Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.
Responsibilities
