Home Care Marketing Liaison Be the connection that helps families find care. Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives in the community? We're looking for a motivated, compassionate Home Care Marketing Liaison to grow our referral network and represent our agency with professionalism and heart. This is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your time in the field meeting with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, senior communities, and other referral partners. Your mission is simple: build trust, educate the community about our services, and generate quality referrals that allow more seniors to receive exceptional care at home.

Requirements

• Experience in home care or healthcare marketing preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter who works independently and manages time well
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships
• Represent our agency at networking and community events
