About The Position

A growing home care agency is seeking an experienced and energetic Home Care Marketer to join their expanding team. This field-based position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and driving growth in a competitive market.

The Home Care Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the agency’s home care services across the 5 boroughs and Westchester. This is a results-driven role suited for someone with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales or marketing, preferably within healthcare or home care
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in outreach
• Ability to manage a territory and prioritize effectively
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned regions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services
• Generate, follow up on, and close leads independently
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, facilities, and community organizations
• Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Track and report marketing activities and results
