About The Position

NurseCore is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide home health care for private duty and per diem cases. Our patients include both adults and pediatric care. Deliver compassionate in-home care to patients with chronic conditions. Assist patients with G-tubes, and, if comfortable, tracheostomies and ventilator care. Perform nursing duties according to each patient’s personalized care plan. Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Nevada.
• At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Experience caring for patients with G-tubes; ventilators or trachs considered a plus.
• Hands-on CPR certification up to date.
• TB test negative within the past 12 months.
