This role involves educating physician offices, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities on the benefits of personal Home Care Services, utilizing customer service and sales skills to attract and maintain business relationships, and building community connections for consistent referrals. The position requires conducting pre-discharge visits, informational meetings with prospective clients, initiating service agreements, and managing marketing expenditures. Additionally, the liaison assists with public relations outreach, ensures effective communication with branch staff, and supports timely processing of billing and documentation.
