About The Position

The Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting on-site client evaluations, developing service plans, and performing field visits. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising attendants, as well as completing and submitting necessary documentation within 48 hours of visits. The supervisor is expected to communicate regularly with management, adhere to organizational policies, act as a role model, and manage workload efficiently. Key functions include maintaining compliance with regulations, participating in meetings and committees, and promoting company values. The position also requires maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Two years full time study at an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility agency or community based agency for each required year of college
  • Ability to communicate regularly with supervisor about department issues and keep management advised of potential problems in all areas
  • Adherence to organization's policy and procedures
  • Ability to act as a role model within and outside the agency
  • Ability to perform duties as workload necessitates
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
  • Meet department productivity standards
  • Participate in working groups, councils, and committees
  • Ensure insurance compliance with rules and regulations
  • Participate on committees, and special projects, and seek additional responsibilities
  • Accomplish all tasks as appropriate
  • Recommend new approaches to affect ongoing continual improvements to policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
  • Ability to create and conduct presentations using audio visual tools including PowerPoint
  • Consistently promote the company's core values
  • Complete required compliance annual training

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site client evaluations
  • Develop service plans in conjunction with the authorization
  • Perform other field visits as assigned
  • Complete visits as scheduled and report daily to scheduler
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise attendants
  • Complete appropriate forms, attach to the daily visit report, and turn into the office within 48 hours of visit
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor about department issues and keep management advised of potential problems in all areas
  • Adhere to organization's policy and procedures
  • Act as a role model within and outside the agency
  • Perform duties as workload necessitates
