Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and care staff. Conduct retention visits to support smooth client-caregiver transitions. Manage billing and payroll processes on a weekly basis. Perform client assessments to understand individual care needs. Support our diverse client and caregiver base with professionalism and empathy. Requirements

  • Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or staffing coordination (preferred).
  • Associate degree in Human Services or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
  • Excellent phone presence, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping others and supporting caregivers.

Nice To Haves
