Our team is growing and Griswold Home Care is seeking a Home Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Montgomery County office. If you’re passionate about supporting caregivers and clients while providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you! Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
  • Excellent phone presence, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping others and supporting caregivers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or staffing coordination
  • Associate degree in Human Services or related field

Responsibilities

  • Match caregivers with clients to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and care staff.
  • Conduct retention visits to support smooth client-caregiver transitions.
  • Manage billing and payroll processes on a weekly basis.
  • Perform client assessments to understand individual care needs.
  • Support our diverse client and caregiver base with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in a on-call rotation.
