Compensation is based on total years of experience in previous clinical roles. In this role, you'll care for patients in the Adams, Blackford, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, Noble, Wabash, Wells, Whitley, and Allen County Areas. POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide safe personal care and support for the terminally ill in the hospice facility under the direction of the Patient Care Director and/or RN Case Manager. Stillwater Hospice has been caring for the seriously ill of Northeast Indiana since 1888, and our goal is to foster the optimal quality of life through medical, spiritual, and emotional support for patients and their loved ones.
