Requirements

• A commitment to our values: Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• A genuine passion for working with seniors
• Ability to provide emotional support using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
• Flexibility is key

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Dressing and mobility support
• Toileting and personal care
• Build meaningful connections and be a positive, reassuring presence for residents and their families
