About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is hiring Caregivers and CNAs in the Charlotte area to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. Caregivers support clients in staying safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by offering companionship and assistance with daily activities. The company offers flexible scheduling, consistent clients, meaningful one-on-one care, a supportive team culture, and ongoing training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
