About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is actively seeking Caregivers and CNAs in the Charlotte area, offering immediate interview opportunities. The organization specializes in providing in-home care services for seniors and adults with disabilities across the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Caregivers play a crucial role in helping clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence within their homes, while also offering companionship and assistance with various daily activities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

CNA license or prior caregiving experience

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
