We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing, Insurance & Payroll Specialist with home care experience to manage billing processes, insurance verification, claims, payroll, compliance and renewal. This role is vital to ensuring accurate reimbursement, timely payroll, and smooth financial operations. We use WellSky and ADP for scheduling and HR. Responsibilities

  • Process home care billing for private pay, long-term care insurance, Medicaid, VA, and other payer sources
  • Submit, track, and resolve insurance claims and denials
  • Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations
  • Manage caregiver payroll , including timecards, overtime, PTO, and payroll audits
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate records in billing, payroll, and scheduling systems
  • Communicate with insurance companies, caregivers, and internal staff
  • Assist with month-end reporting and audits
