Requirements

• Dental front desk experience not — full training provided.
• Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft ).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Claims Management: Prepare, submit , and follow up on dental insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Patient Billing: Generate and distribute patient statements and collection notices.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor and manage outstanding balances, including follow-up on unpaid claims and patient accounts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, insurance guidelines, and internal policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate , organized, and up-to-date billing records.
• Communication: Collaborate with insurance companies, dental office teams, and internal staff to resolve billing issues.
• Reporting: Produce regular reports on billing activity, collections, and outstanding receivables.
