Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Support mobility and transfer assistance to ensure safety.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
