Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to client well-being
- Physically able to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress
